  • Do your service prices include the cost of spare parts?

    Our service packages (like the £30 Gear Tune-up) cover the labour for the work described. Any replacement parts needed (e.g., new chains, brake pads, or cables) are charged separately. We will always provide a quote and wait for your approval before fitting any new parts.

  • Do you work on Electric Bikes (e-bikes)?

    Yes! We provide mechanical servicing for e-bikes. Please note that while we handle the "bike" side of things (brakes, gears, tyres), we recommend visiting a brand-specific dealer for complex motor/software diagnostics (e.g., Bosch or Shimano firmware updates).

  • My bike is making a "weird noise"—can you fix it?

    Absolutely. Creaks and clicks are our specialty. We recommend booking a Valet and Safety Check or a specific diagnostic appointment where we can strip, clean, and re-grease the likely culprits (usually the bottom bracket, headset, or pedals).

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple bikes?

    Yes! Mobile call-outs are much more efficient when we service several bikes at once. If you and your neighbours or colleagues book together, we can often offer a reduced rate. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Can you provide mechanical support for my cycling event?
